تم إفتتاح المسرح الوطني في سبعينيات القرن الماضي ويضم ثلاث مسارح تحت سقف واحد.
يعرض المسرح مجموعة من المسرحيات الكلاسيكية والحديثة، كما يقدم العديد من العروض المختلفة الأخرى. يحتوي المسرح كذلك على عدة مطاعم ومقاهي.
يتم حالياً إجراء عمليات تطوير للمسرح ولكنه مفتوح كالعادة للزوار.

The National Theatre opened in the late 1970s with three auditoria under one roof.
It presents a range of classical and modern plays plus many other different types of shows. It has numerous facilities including a selection of cafes and restaurants.
The theatre is currently undergoing some redevelopment works, but it is still open for visitors as usual.
